Booking Requirements
At KYM: The Refinery LLC, every service is approached with professionalism, purpose, and respect for your time. To ensure a seamless, efficient, and elevated experience for every client, the following booking requirements are in place.

Scheduling Process
• To schedule an appointment, please use the online booking system on the “Book” page.
Appointment Booking & Deposits
• A $50.00 deposit is required at the time of booking.
• For services over $50.00, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Deposits secure your appointment time and are applied toward your service.
• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Consultation & Required Information
• Some services require an intake form prior to your appointment.
• Please complete all requested information accurately and in full.
• Incomplete forms may delay or cancel your appointment.
Clear communication helps ensure your service is performed safely and effectively.
Arrival & Timing
• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
• Early arrivals of up to 10 minutes is welcome.
• Arriving more than 10 minutes early may require waiting in your car or designated area until your scheduled time.
• To protect client privacy and maintain uninterrupted sessions, please do not knock or ring the doorbell upon arrival.
• Clients will be greeted at the door at their scheduled appointment time, but if the front door is open, you are welcome to enter.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to respect the next client’s appointment.
• Appointments delayed beyond the grace period may be subject to cancellation.
Your punctuality and cooperation help maintain a calm, organized environment for every client.
Payment Methods
• Accepted forms of payment:
Card payments (processed securely through Square and Evalon)
Cash
Approved digital transfers
• Remaining balances are due at the time of service.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Gratuity may be added to card payments or sent digitally.
Studio Environment
• Services are provided in a professional, home-based studio setting.
• While every effort is made to maintain a calm atmosphere, complete silence cannot be guaranteed due to the studio’s location.
• Services are available to clients 18 years of age and older.
• Guests, children, and pets are not permitted unless previously approved.
• Service animals are always welcome.
This ensures a comfortable and respectful experience for all clients.
Health, Safety & Hygiene
• Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment.
• If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule.
• All tools and workspace are sanitized between clients.
• Protective practices (including gloves when appropriate) are used to maintain high safety standards.
Your well-being is always a priority.
House Calls (If Applicable)
• House call services must be requested and approved in advance.
• Travel fees and service minimums may apply.
• Availability is limited and subject to location.

No-Show Policy
• Failure to arrive without notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• Repeated no-shows may result in restricted future booking.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
Policy Agreement
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all booking requirements and policies.
