Welcome to KYM: The Refinery LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website, booking services, or purchasing services through our platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Services
KYM: The Refinery LLC provides professional wellness and personal care services. All services are by appointment only and subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify, refuse, or discontinue services at any time.
Appointment & Booking
Appointments are scheduled through our online booking system (Acuity) or approved platforms.
By booking an appointment, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Arrive on time for your scheduled service
• Follow studio policies and professional guidelines
Late arrivals may result in shortened service time without adjustment to pricing.
Payments & Deposits
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.
• Remaining balances are due at the time of service.
• Payments are processed securely through Square or approved payment processors.
Prices range from $40 to $225 and are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We value your time and ours.
• A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in loss of deposit.
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions.

Studio Access & Accommodations
My studio is in a private residence. Clients with mobility, sensory, or access needs are encouraged to contact me prior to booking so that accommodations may be discussed when possible. My goal is to ensure each client’s comfort, safety, and quality of care.
Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
• Disclose relevant health conditions or concerns before services
• Follow aftercare and professional recommendations
• Maintain respectful and appropriate behavior
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate conduct, safety concerns, or policy violations.
Health & Liability Disclaimer
Services provided are for relaxation, wellness, and personal care purposes only and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
Clients acknowledge:
• They participate voluntarily
• They assume responsibility for their own health
• KYM: The Refinery LLC is not liable for undisclosed conditions.

Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, images, text, and materials are the property of KYM: The Refinery LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:

• Service dissatisfaction beyond the cos of the service provided.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
