Massage Therapy Questions

  • My work is rooted in assessment, intention, and clinical reasoning. Every session is guided by your movement patterns, lifestyle, and long-term goals—not just temporary relief. The focus is steady, intelligent progress through thoughtful, skilled care.

  • No. Massage therapy is not only for pain management. Many clients come for preventative care, mobility support, stress regulation, and performance. If your body works for you daily, it deserves consistent support.

  • Sessions are structured around what is most effective for your treatment plan. Rather than defaulting to extended sessions, I prioritize precision and consistency to deliver meaningful results.

  • I don’t offer traditional relaxation massage. While recovery massage sessions can be calming, they are not spa-style treatments. My primary focus is functional improvement, recovery, and long-term wellness.

  • Frequency depends on your goals, condition, and lifestyle. During your initial session, I provide clear recommendations to support sustainable progress rather than short-term fixes.

  • Your first session includes:

    • A detailed intake

    • Movement and posture assessment

    • Hands-on treatment

    • Personalized recommendations

This allows me to work with the whole person, not just isolated symptoms.

Please note: Assessments are provided exclusively during therapeutic sessions.

  • For optimal results, yes. Treatment plans are designed with intention and evidence-based reasoning. Sporadic sessions may provide temporary relief but do not support long-term improvement.

  • Comfortable, movement-friendly clothing is recommended. Sessions may include mobility work and guided movement, so attire that allows for range of motion works best.

  • My practice is strictly cash-based and does not bill insurance directly. This allows me to provide focused, intentional care without third-party limitations. Receipts may be submitted to your provider if applicable.

  • Because effective treatment requires understanding the whole picture.

An assessment allows me to evaluate posture, movement patterns, compensation strategies, and contributing factors so I can treat the source of your discomfort —not just the symptoms.

Without assessment, treatment becomes guesswork. With assessment, it becomes strategic.

If the goal is long-term improvement rather than temporary relief, assessment is essential.

  • If you are unsure, begin with the Recovery Massage. This session allows time for a full, hands-on assessment of your entire body.

When in doubt, choose the option designed for progression. I will guide the rest.

Lash Extension Questions

  • Lash work should enhance, not overpower, your natural features. My approach prioritizes balance, eye health, and longevity through thoughtful design and precise application.

  • When applied correctly and maintained properly, lash extensions do not damage natural lashes. I work within your natural lash cycle and density to protect long-term lash health.

  • With proper care, a full set typically retains good retention for 2-3 weeks before natural shedding becomes noticeable. Consistent fills are recommended to maintain shape and fullness.

  • Please arrive with:

    • Clean, makeup-free lashes

    • No mascara, strip lashes, oil-based cleansers/makeup remover or lash serum 24 hours prior to appointment

    • No caffeine before your appointment

This supports optimal retention and comfort.

  • Yes, but oil-free and extensions-safe products are essential. Avoid waterproof mascara and heavy eye creams. Strip lashes are highly discouraged while wearing extensions.

  • Proper aftercare includes:

    • Avoid water for 12-24hours

    • Daily gentle cleansing

    • Brushing with a clean spoolie on dry lashes

    •Avoid rubbing or pulling

Consistent care protects both your natural lash and investment.

  • Every set is designed intentionally based on your eye shape, lifestyle, and preferences. No two clients receive the same design.

  • Most clients benefit from fills every 2-3 weeks. Waiting longer may require a full set.

  • In most cases, yes. Please disclise sensitivities during booking so adjustments can be made when appropriate.

  • A refined, natural appearance is a core part of my aesthetic and specialty. During your consultation, we’ll determine the most balanced design for you.

  • Yes, Hybrid and volume techniques are used when appropriate.

However, I do not categorize services by trend-based labels. Each set is designed intentionally based on your natural lash health, features, and desired outcomes. The technique supports the design — not the other way around.

I do not offer mega volume lash extensions. My work prioritizes balance, longevity, and natural lash integrity. Designs that compromise lash health or long-term wear are not aligned with my standards.

  • Because the value lies in the design, expertise, and time — not in the label of the set.

Whether a design requires classic, hybrid, or volume application, the level of care, assessment, and craftsmanship remains consistent. One price reflects that standard.

This also eliminates confusion and keeps the focus on results, not categories.

  • Sleeping on your stomach or pressing lashes into a pillow can affect retention and shape.

Side sleeping is manageable with proper care, but stomach sleeping often leads to premature shedding and twisting.

If you are a stomach sleeper I recommend using a silk pillowcase and/or a special eye mask, and overall just being mindful of facial pressure to protect your investment.
